NanoPrime Fast drying Sealer, Densifier and Prime Coat for Concrete, Vinyl, and Stone

NanoPrime is fast drying inorganic clear sealer and densifier prime coat.
When applied to porous vinyl tile (VCT), stone and concrete and other hard surfaces
the product will produce a primer, gloss enhancer, and densifier prior to applying topcoats.

1. Is it important I use this first before using the top coating?
We strongly recommend this primer after stripping off floor finish especially on vinyl tile rubber flooring and porous stone. It will fill the microscopic spaces in the tile or stone and create and even and less absorbent based for the topcoat. This will result in a much more uniform topcoat finish.

2. What surfaces do I use it on?
Any porous surface, especially after the existing finish, has been stripped such as Vinyl Tile VCT, Luxury LVT, Sheet Vinyl, Linoleum, Travertine, Concrete floors, Terrazzo, Natural Stone, and Mexican Tile. Note PrimeSeal is for interior use only.

3. Do I have to mix this product?
Stir the container for 1 minute to make sure all contents evenly dispersed. This product is an RTU product, Ready To Use.

4. What is the coverage of the product?
1500-3500 sq. ft/gal (36.7-86 sq. m/l) A two-coat application is recommended for porous substrates.

5. How do I apply the product?
PrimeSeal may be applied by, flat micro-fiber mop head, or clean synthetic mop and bucket. Saturate the mop and apply 1st coat at a rate of 1500 to 1800 sq. ft per gallon. DO NOT OVER-APPLY. This product should be applied thinly and evenly. Allow the 1st coat to completely dry usually 20 to 45 minutes depending on temperature and air flow. Apply 2nd coat a rate of 1500 to 1800 sq. ft per gallon and allow to dry tack free (a minimum of 20 minutes) before applying any topcoat
